Flora Privacy Policy
Flora iOS · 25 August 2026
Flora is a watering desk that lives on one iPhone. You keep pot cards, leaf photos, care notes, and optional voice leaf notes on device. Flora is not a social garden and does not host a public plant feed.
What stays on the phone
Plant names, watering intervals, pot and leaf photographs, care timeline entries, optional voice notes, your display name and profile photo, Drops balance, and unlocked pot slots stay in on-device storage. Flora does not run a server account and does not sell that material.
When iOS asks for access
- Camera — Pots, Care, or Mine when you tap Camera
- Photo library — choosing a pot, leaf, or profile photo, and writing a leaf poster into Photos
- Microphone — Care when you tap Record
- Notifications — optional watering reminder after you continue
- Tracking preference — Apple’s App Tracking Transparency sheet after Continue. Flora does not use an advertising identifier to follow you into other companies’ apps or websites. Watering and care still work if you decline.
Drops you buy
Dew Packs are consumable In-App Purchases processed by Apple. Flora does not see your full payment card number.
Names you type
A local word check may reject a plant name or display name before it is saved. Flora does not publish pots to other people.
Other companies
Plant photos, care notes, and voice leaf notes are not uploaded to third-party automated analysis services.
Age
Flora is not directed at children under 13. Use it only if you meet the minimum age in your region.
